SAFETY NET FOR INTERNET SAFETY

 As the participants of A Safety Net For Internet Safety project, we created comics about using internet safely. Hi :) A nice and enjoyable meeting was done in March 2021 for our project. In that month all the teachers watched a movie "Social Dilemma" with their students and had idea about it. And finaly we met via Webex, shared our ideas with partners and watched a documentary of a psychologist about fake news and living with social media. After watching this documentary as the entertaining part of this meeting, we joined groups and played a Kahoot game about this documentary:) All the guys were good at this game:) As the final activity we cahtted on twinspace and shared comments on twinspace forms:)    Our students are so valuable :) And so is their life :) Have a nice month:)

 Hello Everybody:) We met with our partners and students via Webex on 17th of January,2021. It was really enjoyable meeting; of course we had some connection problems, but they were funny and made us laugh :) At the first step our students introduced themselves and made a presentation about their hometown. After presentations we created small groups, and chatted for being closer. It is such a wonderful way of making friends from different countries. We have been looking for our next online meeting :) C.U.   

 I created my January lesson plan which is about spotting fake news.  My students discussed the topic, watched some related videos, played a game about spotting fake news. The most enjoyable part is creating our own spotting fake news game. For creating this game, we checked social media news and created some questions if the news are true or false. We decided our project logo!  The winner is Slavonski Brod, Croatia Congratulations our friend and students:) We liked it so much; what about you?  

As you can see the name of our project, our aim is teaching students how to use the internet safely, and to get or ignor the knowledge which can be true or not.  As the teachers of this project, we had the second webinar in December,2020. We decided what we will work on this month.
